Tushar Sachdeva is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Cipla since February 2024. Previously, Tushar held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the west region at Dabur India Limited, focusing on talent management, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Tushar has also contributed to campus hiring and employer branding strategies across various organizations, including a human resources internship at United Breweries Ltd. and a talent acquisition role at Outline Systems India.
