Vikas Shinde

Vikas Shinde has over three decades of experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Site Head HR and Associate Director - HR at Cipla since March 2009. Prior to Cipla, Vikas Shinde worked at Sarex Overseas, where leadership included roles as AGM (Personnel & Administration) overseeing a department of 350 employees, and at Serene Industries Limited, starting as a Personnel Officer. Early career experience includes a position as Personnel & Administration Assistant at TATA Power. Vikas Shinde holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management and a bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
