RONIELSON XAVIER

Ronielson Xavier is currently the Gerente Administrativo at CIPLAN - CIMENTOS PLANALTO S/A, a position held since 2026, after serving as Coordenador Administrativo from 2012 to 2026. From 2000 to 2007, Ronielson coordinated commercial operations at Grupo Protege, and in 2009 to 2010, was the Gerente Operacional at Santa Helena Vigilância Ltda. Ronielson has also worked as a Supervisor at Provise Segurança in 2011 and held the role of Supervisor de Segurança Patrimonial at CIPLAN from 2012 to 2023. In terms of education, Ronielson completed a Bachelor's in Accounting at UNIP from 2010 to 2014, followed by an MBA in People Management and Coaching at Universidade Paulista from 2018 to 2020.
