Cecilia Veleda is a Doctor in Sociology of Education from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in France, where they conducted a thesis on educational segregation in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. They currently serve as the Principal Researcher of the Education Program at CIPPEC and are an Academic Director at the Federal Network for Educational Policy. Previously, Cecilia held positions as Executive Director of the National Institute of Teacher Training and as a consultant for IIPE-UNESCO in Buenos Aires. They have taught Educational Policy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Universidad Austral, contributing extensively to the fields of educational governance and inequalities through their research and publications.
