Melissa Kivisto currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at CIQ, having started in February 2024. Previously, Melissa held various roles at CloudBees from May 2019 to December 2023, including Manager of Customer Success and Support Services, and Senior Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Melissa was the Work-Integrated Learning Coordinator for the School of Engineering at St. Clair College from September 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included developing work-integrated learning programs and managing stakeholder needs. Prior experience includes multiple positions at IBM, starting as an Intern/Student-on-call and progressing to Technical Support Engineer and Staff Software Developer, where support and development for enterprise ALM software were key responsibilities. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Mathematics for Teachers from the University of Waterloo, an Honours Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and a background in Electronic Engineering Technology from St. Clair College.
