Michael Young has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career in 1998 as a Computer Technician at Mass Micro Rentals Inc., where they staged computers, built new ones, and repaired computers and printers. In 1999, they worked as a Computer Technician at Circuit City, where they repaired customer computers. Michael also worked as an Assistant Pressman at Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, operating web offset printing presses. In 2001, they joined Corfield Consulting as a Computer Technician, responsible for troubleshooting network issues and performing various tasks at customer sites. In 2002, they worked part-time as a Statement Taker in English and Spanish while also volunteering.

Their most recent role before 2021 was at Administrative Claim Service, Inc., where they held various positions. As an Information Technology Manager, they established an IT department, migrated office staff to MySQL database, and developed a customer website. As the Vice President of Information Technology, they supported and maintained the organization's IT infrastructure and security program, and played a role in leading IT initiatives.

Since 2021, Michael has been working at CIQ - Ctrl IQ, Inc. Michael started as a Linux Support Engineer, then became an IT Manager, and currently holds the position of IT Director.

Michael Young attended Alvirne Highschool from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Highschool Degree. In addition, they obtained an A+ Certification from CompTIA in January 2002.
