Heather Boonstra

Heather Boonstra is an experienced professional passionate about helping leaders build socially responsible and sustainable organizations. Currently, Heather serves as a Strategic Advisor at Ciracom Cloud and as a consultant at The CP Factor, where they guide organizations through transitions and enhance leaders' strategic thinking. Previously, Heather held various roles at the Guttmacher Institute for nearly 25 years, including Vice President for Public Policy, where they led advocacy efforts at multiple levels. Heather's earlier experience includes consulting for Save the Children and World Vision, as well as positions as a Senior Program Associate and Assistant Director of Admissions. They earned a BA in English from the University of Oregon and an MA in Religion from Yale University.
