Céline Blitz

Céline Blitz is a software engineer and project manager at CIRAD, where they focus on managing research software for the reproducibility of results in Open Science. Their previous experience includes roles at institutions such as the University of Colorado Boulder and Inria, where they specialized in numerical sciences and wave propagation modeling. Céline earned a PhD in Modelling in Space Geophysics from the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, where they published significant research on seismic wave propagation and asteroid models. They continue to contribute to the Maespa ecophysiology model and lead initiatives to foster Open Science practices within CIRAD.
