Destini Nova has over 25 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, and global partnerships. Destini currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Alliances and Business Development at Cirata since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sage for seven years as the Director of Global Alliances, focusing on developing and executing a global alliance strategy with hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft. Destini also has experience as a Senior Partner Consultant at Prime 8 Consulting, where they supported the Azure Networking team at Microsoft. Before that, they held the role of Director of Global Strategic Alliances and Business Development at Redknee, establishing relationships with key partners like Microsoft and Accenture. Destini has also worked for InteractCRM, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Midcom Communications, and WorldCom in various sales and account management roles. Destini's expertise lies in developing GTM strategies, driving growth through innovation, negotiating global agreements, and creating and executing partner programs.

Destini Nova holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
