Charles Lamphere

Charles Lamphere is the President and CEO of Van Vlissingen and Co., leading the firm's commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage efforts. Lamphere has extensive experience in build-to-suits, leases, purchases, property management, and relocation, with over eight million square feet developed on Van Vlissingen campuses and over one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions. Lamphere specializes in the development, management, and leasing of office and industrial real estate in Chicago's North and Northwest Suburban markets. Lamphere is also an active investor in venture capital and private equity. Lamphere earned an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, and was an honors graduate of Stanford (Phi Beta Kappa).
