Bo Ketner has held prominent legal positions throughout their career, starting as a Law Clerk for Hon. E. Grady Jolly at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. They later served as an Associate at K&L Gates and at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, eventually rising to the role of Associate/Counsel. Currently, Bo is the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Head of Litigation at Circana, and also held the position of Senior Litigation Counsel at The Campbell's Company from 2024 to 2025. Bo earned a B.A. in English and a JD/LLM from Duke University, and also holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London.
