Chad Getchell

Chad Getchell currently serves as the Global Head of HR Technology & Analytics at Circana and is an Adjunct Leadership & Communications Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With extensive experience in technology implementation and product management, Chad has held leadership roles at PeopleScout, The Mom Project, ADP, Walmart, and Scientific Games. Chad's areas of expertise encompass HR technology optimization, crucial conversations, inclusive leadership, and managing cross-functional teams. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. in Operations Management from Clarkson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
