Josh O'Neil

Josh O'Neil is currently the Strategy Director at Circana, where they apply their strategic business acumen to support middle-market companies. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Associate and Associate across various firms, including Operating Advisory Group and Strategy&. Josh began their career as an Assistant Financial Director for Tom Conroy for State Treasurer and as an Assistant Coach for Wayland High School Football, demonstrating their leadership capabilities early on. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
