Marco Servida is an experienced operations executive with a focus on global operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Executive Director at Circana since March 2023, Marco has an extensive background at The NPD Group, where roles have included Global Operational Excellence and Head of Operations Projects Europe. In these positions, responsibilities have encompassed data acquisition, big data analysis, and project leadership across Europe. Additionally, Marco has managed operations for the Toys and Nursery markets across ten European countries and played a pivotal role in the migration of local operations to a global data center. Prior experience includes various operational roles at IRI, INTL from 1997 to 2007. Marco holds a degree in Statistics from Università degli Studi di Milano.
