Robert Bao is an experienced strategist and analytics leader currently serving as VP of US Retail at Circana. They previously held various senior roles at IRI, including Principal and Team Lead for Nestle Coffee Partners and Starbucks, where they guided teams in business strategy and market research. Prior to IRI, Robert worked at Mars & Co Management Consulting, developing expertise in strategic management consulting. Robert earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Nanjing University.
