CircAsana is a sparkling rainbow blend of mindful yoga magic, creative circus art and the happy power of positive psychology.  

We use circus movements from acrobatics, aerials, inversions, hoop and dance, develop to functional strength and flexibility, while encouraging playful creativity and connection with the community you are practicing with.  

The yoga element explores graceful, creative, anatomically-safe movement, synchronizing dance, breath and mindfulness to open every corner of you, inspire peace and bring you into the present moment.

Integrating positive psychology serves as the super sweet fairy-dust on top, providing research backed techniques to amplify your creative confidence and collaborative capabilities for purpose-driven impact and a happy hear.
