En sa qualité de leader européen des infrastructures de télécoms, Circet souhaite accompagner les opérateurs dans l'ingénierie, le déploiement, l'exploitation et la maintenance de leurs réseaux fixes et mobiles.

C'est à Casablanca, capitale économique du pays située dans le nord-ouest du Maroc, que Circet a choisi de s'implanter. Un projet porté par Ahmed Hassani. Dorénavant à la tête de Circet Morocco, Ahmed entrait en 2009 chez Circet. Doté d'un diplôme d'ingénieur doublé d'un master de management de Centrale Paris, Ahmed est depuis 2015 directeur Circet en Île-de-France.
