Brian Honan is an internationally recognized expert in cybersecurity and data protection, serving as the owner of BH Consulting, a leading independent consulting firm. With over 20 years of experience, Brian has advised numerous government bodies, companies, and European institutions on information security. They founded Ireland's first CERT, the Irish Reporting and Information Security Service, and currently serve on the Advisory Group for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity. As a passionate advocate for cybersecurity awareness, Brian has authored various publications and received multiple awards, including the SC Magazine Award for Information Security Person of the Year in 2013.
