Gareth Bidder

Gareth Bidder has held a variety of roles in the technology and compliance sectors since 1996. Gareth began their career at Derbyshire Constabulary, where they served as a Project Manager (MIS) and Project Stage Manager (Infrastructure). In 2000, they moved to Equation as a Project Manager (Web), utilizing PRINCE project management concepts to manage the full project life-cycle. Gareth then joined Ramesys in 2004 as a Project/Service Manager and Capita IT Services in 2007 as a Learning Platform Programme Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Programme Manager at TES Global, where they managed multiple projects of up to 20 resources across several locations. Gareth then moved to OpenWrks, where they served as Head of Contracts and Compliance, Head of Pre-sales and Delivery, and Programme Manager. In 2023, they joined Circit as VP of Compliance and Business Operations.

Gareth Bidder began their educational journey at The Manor School in Cheadle Hulme from 1984 to 1991. Gareth then attended Nottingham Polytechnic from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained a Foundation degree in Accounting. Gareth continued their studies at Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1996, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management. In 2005, they obtained a PRINCE2 certification from Parity.
