Laura Macek

Laura Macek has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and content industries since 2012. Laura began their career as a Journalism and Content Intern at Media24 (Pty) Ltd in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Labels4Kids, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and International Digital Marketing Executive. In 2015, they became a Digital Marketing Executive at Nevisport. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Autodata Group, where they were responsible for strategy, implementation, and project management of 15 marketing sites. In 2021, they moved to HERO® as a Senior Campaign Manager, and then in 2022 they became a Senior Campaigns Manager at Blueprint and a Growth Marketing Manager at Circit.

Laura Macek completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ghent University between 2007 and 2013. Laura then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Journalism from Erasmushogeschool Brussel between 2011 and 2012.
