Tom Scott is a leadership coach and charity founder currently supporting mid-career professionals at Tom Scott Coaching, where they conduct one-to-one coaching sessions and hold a certification from the Co-Active Institute. Previously, Tom participated in Teach First's Leadership Development Programme, teaching Maths at a South London secondary school. They founded Grounded Sounds in 2014, a charity focused on empowering disadvantaged young people through music, impacting over 1,500 youths. Tom also completed placements with On Purpose London, exploring leadership in the impact sector. They hold a PGCE in Mathematics Teacher Education from IOE - UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.
