Prior to that, Matthew operated Dynamic Tension from January 2015 to December 2021, providing racquet stringing, customization, and sales. Matthew's career began at DC Site Services, where a lengthy tenure as Night Shift Manager involved overseeing shift operations and supporting team leaders. Additionally, experience as an IT Support Analyst at Migliori Ltd entailed providing first-line technical support across various operating systems and communication systems. Matthew holds a Btech 1st Degree in Music Technology from Reading College and achieved GCSEs from Prospect Technology College.
