Neil Whitcher

Neil Whitcher is an accomplished marketing and production consultant with extensive experience in the music industry. Currently serving as a consultant for Circle Instruments Ltd since August 2025, Neil is also the Director and Founder of SIXTY5MUSIC LTD, focusing on marketing and creator services.
