At Circle Living, we believe that neighbourhoods should be more than houses side by side, they should be places where people of all ages belong, connect, and thrive together.

We are a people-first property development company creating intergenerational cohousing neighbourhoods across Aotearoa. Our mission is simple but urgent:
	•	Tackle loneliness by designing communities that foster connection
	•	Build resilience by developing sustainable, planet-friendly homes
	•	Create affordability by rethinking how neighbourhoods are owned, shared, and lived in

Born out of the Takaka Cohousing Neighbourhood — one of Aotearoa’s most pioneering community-led housing projects — Circle Living is taking this proven model nationwide.

✨ Our difference:
	•	Homes designed around shared spaces that encourage interaction and manaakitanga
	•	Strong environmental standards that honour the whenua and future generations
	•	A development approach that puts people and purpose before profit

Let’s build the future together.
