Wes Wheeler

Wes Wheeler is a seasoned professional in both talent acquisition and coaching, currently serving as a National Recruiter at Circle Logistics, Inc. since November 2017. In this role, Wes specializes in sourcing talent and coaching diverse teams towards success, bringing extensive experience from academia and recruiting. Concurrently, since August 2017, Wes has held the position of Assistant Track and Field Coach at Indiana Tech University, contributing to seven national titles and mentoring athletes across various track events. Prior coaching experience includes serving as Assistant Men's and Women's Track Coach at the University of St. Francis and as a teacher and coach at Noblesville Schools. Wes holds a Master of Education in Social Sciences from Lewis University.
