Circle & Square is a strategy-led design consultancy that helps marketing and CX leaders fix leaky funnels, strengthen customer journeys, and unlock growth through behavior-led design.

We pioneered NeuroCX™, a first-of-its-kind methodology that blends behavioral science, neuroscience, and AI to uncover what really drives action—so you’re not just guessing what customers want, you’re designing for how their minds actually work.

We don’t just create experiences that look good—we craft journeys that convert.
