Adam Motiwala

Adam Motiwala is a legal professional with extensive experience in product and regulatory counsel within the tech and financial sectors. Currently, Adam serves as Product Counsel at Circle, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Stripe as Product and Regulatory Counsel from September 2023 to September 2024 and at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange in a similar capacity from January 2022 to September 2023. Adam's career began at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where responsibilities included a diverse range of matters such as trade secret and class action litigation, securities enforcement, antitrust, privacy, and data security. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
