Andrea DiSandro is currently the Chief Counsel for Arc at Circle, leading the legal vertical for the launch of a groundbreaking blockchain focused on stablecoin finance. Previously, they served as Chief Legal Officer and Operations at DELV, advising a VC-backed web3 startup on legal strategy, governance, and compliance. Andrea also held roles at Hogan Lovells as a Senior Associate, where they advised on IP and corporate transactions, and contributed to various legal initiatives throughout their career, including work at the American Bar Association and NATO. They graduated from The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School in 2013.
