Andrew Gallucci

Andrew Gallucci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory strategy and counterterrorism. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Circle since August 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Regulatory Strategy. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from February 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included Counterterrorism Lead and Branch Chief for the Middle East within the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, as well as Acting Director for Africa & the Western Hemisphere in the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes. Andrew also contributed as a Senior Policy Advisor within the U.S. Intelligence Community from February 2013 to February 2018, and began a career as an Economic Analyst at the James Mintz Group from 2009 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
