Angelica Silva

Angelica Silva is currently the Chief of Staff at Circle. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Amplify Latinx from February 2020 to April 2020. From April 2020 to September 2020, they were an Operations Consultant at Piece By Piece Moving and Storage, LLC. From December 2019 to September 2020, they were also Recruiting Operations at Piece By Piece Moving and Storage, LLC. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Brightcove from April 2019 to December 2019.

At Brightcove, Angelica was responsible for retaining $8.1 million of annual revenue through developing relationships with their customer base, which consisted of Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, non-profits, and Federal Executive Departments. Angelica collaborated with internal and external business teams to help guide customers through video projects at scale, from scoping to implementation and evaluation.

Angelica also created a new 8-week onboarding program used across all enterprise sales in North America. The modular program decreased employee ramp time and now serves as the foundation to Brightcove's employee global sales onboarding.

Angelica Silva has a degree in Psychology from Boston University, and they also have a certification in Microsoft Office. Angelica attended Grafton High School.

Angelica Silva reports to Jeremy Allaire , Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO. They work with Mandeep Walia - Chief Compliance & Risk Officer, Jeremy Fox-Geen - CFO, and Elisabeth Carpenter - COO.
