Bre Little Wise

Bre Little Wise, ACP, currently serves as a Senior Corporate Paralegal in the Securities and Governance department at Circle, with experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law since February 2021. Previous roles include Supervisor of Securities and Governance and Corporate Governance and Securities Paralegal at Solventum, and Corporate Governance and Securities Paralegal at Smartsheet, where responsibilities encompassed SEC filings, board materials preparation, and ESG program leadership. Bre also held the position of Director of Legal Operations and Corporate Secretary at a Stealth Mode Startup, managing legal and operational processes, and has substantial experience as a Corporate Paralegal at Gulfport Energy Corporation and as a Litigation Paralegal at various firms.
