Brett Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product compliance and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product Compliance at Circle since October 2021, Brett has previously held senior roles in product compliance within the company. Prior to Circle, Brett worked at Wells Fargo from June 2019 to October 2021, taking on various vice president positions in strategy and governance, commercial banking, and wholesale banking initiatives. Brett’s earlier experience includes a managerial role at Accenture and a project management position at Jones Lang LaSalle, where notable clients included JP Morgan and FedEx. Brett holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida.
