Caroline Hill

Caroline Hill serves as the Senior Director of Global Policy and Regulatory Strategy at Circle since December 2021, previously holding the role of Director in the same domain. Prior experience includes a tenure at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from October 2014 to December 2021, where Caroline held various positions, including Director for Africa and the Western Hemisphere in the Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes division, and Senior Advisor. Earlier roles include Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where Caroline applied KYC and M&A methodologies for risk analysis, and a position at the U.S. Department of State, facilitating grant reviews in the Office of Iraq Affairs. Caroline's academic background includes a Master of Science in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Middle Eastern Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by education from the American University of Beirut.
