Corey Then

Corey Then serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Global Policy at Circle, focusing on policy, law, and strategy in the financial technology sector since May 2022. Additionally, Corey is an adjunct professor of law at Saint Louis University, teaching "Financial Regulation: Law & Policy," and a member of the Technology Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, providing advisory support on technology and finance intersections. Previously, Corey held notable legal positions including Chief Legal Officer at Moneta Group, General Counsel at Edward Jones, and Deputy General Counsel at the USDA under President Obama.
