Cuong Le

Cuong Le is the Director of Tax Operations at Circle, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Tax Director at Evident Scientific from 2022 to 2025. Cuong's earlier experience includes roles at Waters Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Tax Analyst and managed U.S. tax compliance for over 60 entities. Cuong began their career as a Tax Associate at PwC from 2001 to 2003 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Northeastern University in 2001.
