Danielle Nardello

Danielle Nardello is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and talent partnership. Currently serving as Director of HRBP at Circle since August 2021, Danielle previously held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Business Partnership. At GE from March 2015 to August 2021, Danielle was a Site Human Resources Leader and People Partner, where responsibilities included shaping culture and acting as a strategic advisor for over 350 employees in the Digital Technology sector across multiple locations. Notable achievements include a significant turnover reduction of 47% while managing HR functions for 150 employees at Cintas from August 2011 to February 2015. Beginning a career in human resources coordination at Hilton Worldwide, Danielle's early roles also encompassed sales positions at M|C Communications and Nephron Pharmaceuticals. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
