David Ohara

David O'Hara is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in senior management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Tax at Circle since April 2023, David previously held the position of Tax Director at Facebook from February 2016 to February 2023, focusing on international tax controversy, particularly in EMEA audits and disputes. Prior to Facebook, David was the Head of Tax & Treasury at Three Ireland from July 2009 to February 2016, and served as the Group Tax Manager at Digicel Group for a brief period in 2008. David began his career at PwC, where David worked as a Senior Tax Manager from October 2000 to August 2008. David O'Hara holds a Law degree from University College Cork, attained from 1997 to 2000.
