Dot Mocalis

Dot Mocalis is an experienced Senior Instructional Designer currently leading Learning & Development initiatives at Circle since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dot spent nearly six years at SpaceX, initially as an Instructional Designer II and later as a Senior Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included developing engaging content for diverse audiences in areas such as employee development and health and safety training. Previous roles include Instructional Designer positions at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and FortuneBuilders, along with experience as a Virtual Mathematics Teacher.
