Emily Li

Emily Li currently serves as a Manager in SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Circle, a position held since July 2022, after advancing from a Senior Accountant role in the same team. Prior to Circle, Emily worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from July 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with auditors for SOX compliance, managing the entertainment accounting team, and conducting technical accounting analyses. Before Caesars, Emily held positions at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation as an Auditor and at David Bacic & Associates as a Senior Accountant, where tasks involved financial controls and tax preparation. Emily began the accounting career as a Staff Accountant at Koch & Associates. Emily holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
