Erika Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and strategic management. Subsequent roles included an associate position at Northwater Capital Management and a managing director role at BlackRock, where leadership encompassed operational strategy for a large team and the development of a firmwide 2030 strategy.
