Gretchen Dervish

Gretchen Dervish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and sales enablement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Programs and Enablement at Circle since February 2022, Gretchen oversees the Business Enablement and Program Management teams, developing the global sales enablement function. Previously, as Vice President of Solution Consulting at Fiserv, Gretchen led a team responsible for significant revenue growth and managed the integration of sales support functions after an acquisition. Other roles at Fiserv included Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Solutions Consulting, where Gretchen focused on sales training methodologies and complex solution demonstrations. Gretchen's early career included leadership roles at Workers Temporary Staffing and CIBC, emphasizing training and development initiatives. Gretchen holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an M.A. in Corporate Communication & Technology from Rollins College.
