Heather Ernst

Heather Ernst is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and operations. Currently serving as an Executive Business Partner to the Chief Business Officer at Circle since April 2023, Heather's previous roles include Executive Assistant at Pear Therapeutics and Manager of Administrative Operations at Beam Therapeutics. Heather began their career as an Intake Referral Coordinator at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and held various positions in caregiving, food service management, and unit coordination. Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salem State University and has additional education from North Shore Community College and Loyola University New Orleans.
