Ingrid M. currently serves as the Field Marketing Manager for APAC at Circle since May 2024 and is a member of the Singapore Chapter of CAREhER, contributing as an event consultant since January 2023. Previously, Ingrid held roles at Schneider Electric as the Employer Branding & Next Gen Engagement Lead for the EAJ region and at Stripe as the Talent Brand & Events Lead for APAC, where initiatives focused on employer branding and event strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Ingrid's extensive experience at Facebook spanned several positions, including Recruiting Operations Lead for APAC, where a significant focus was on employment branding and recruitment marketing. Additionally, Ingrid has a background in event management from Singapore Management University, tutoring experience, and previous roles in marketing and HR administration. Ingrid earned an International Master's Degree in Education Leadership and Management from Beijing Normal University and holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Singapore Management University, along with a degree in Interactive Media Design from Temasek Polytechnic.
