Jonas Lerman

Jonas Lerman is currently the Chief Counsel for Litigation and Investigation at Circle, where they focus on cybercrime and appeals. Previously, they served as an Assistant United States Attorney in both the Northern District of California and the Western District of Washington, specializing in appellate law. Earlier in their career, Lerman was a Trial Attorney at the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section and worked as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Department of State. They completed their JD at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and have experience as a law clerk for Judge Gerard E. Lynch at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
