Kai Crowe

Kai Crowe is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in risk management and payment optimization. Currently serving as the Lead Analyst for Eligibility and Operations at Circle since August 2025, Kai previously held roles as a Payment Optimization Strategist and Fraud Consultant at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, where responsibilities included improving payment system efficiency and developing fraud strategies for various brands. Prior to this, Kai was a Lead Risk Analyst at Circle, overseeing fraud and risk management for merchant-facing payment products, and a Senior Risk Analyst at Chimayó Tacos y Tortas, managing a full-service restaurant and catering business. Additional experience includes positions at Intuit, PayPal, Bank of America, and Sheraton. Kai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business with a focus on Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science degree in Business from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
