Kevin Murphy

Kevin Murphy has significant experience in legal counsel roles, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Product & Regulatory Affairs at Circle since September 2021, where prior positions included Deputy Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Kevin previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Ria Money Transfer from May 2011 to September 2021, overseeing corporate legal matters and participating in mergers and acquisitions for Euronet Worldwide, Inc. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP, focusing on leveraged buyouts and private equity, and at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Kevin holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in American Studies from Fordham University.
