Kiyan Bigloo

Kiyan Bigloo is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Transactions and M&A and Securities at Circle since January 2022, Kiyan previously held the position of Shareholder and Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from November 2012 to January 2022.
