Leandro Maya

Leandro Maya is an accomplished professional in the field of internal audit and finance, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Circle since March 2022. Prior to this role, Leandro held various managerial positions at Facebook from August 2017 to March 2022, including Internal Audit Manager and Finance Risk & Controls Manager. Leandro's experience also includes significant roles at Apple as Finance Manager for Latin America and at De Lage Landen as Internal Audit Manager, overseeing the Latin America region. Additionally, Leandro worked at Banco De Lage Landen S/A as Internal Audit Manager for Latin America and began a career in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Auditor. Leandro holds an MBA in Business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
