Mandy Stein Blackett

Mandy Stein Blackett is currently a Special Advisor to the CLO at Circle, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 2015 to 2022 and served as a Law Clerk at the Delaware Court of Chancery from 2014 to 2015. Mandy also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2013 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, teaching Corporate Transactions Litigation in Delaware from 2019 to 2021. They earned a JD, summa cum laude, from Washington University School of Law in 2014 and a BA in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University in 2010.
