Mary W. Wilcox is an accomplished professional in risk management and governance with extensive experience spanning multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Risk Management Program and Governance at Circle since August 2021, Mary directs efforts to identify and mitigate operational risks. Prior roles include Vice President of Risk Control and Governance Program Manager at Bank of the West and various director positions at PayPal, where a strong focus on Enterprise Risk Management and governance was established.
